-------
Be sure to sign up before the deadline on April 16.  You can expect an email from your Awesöme Ambassadors with specific info by April 16 EOD  (check your spam filters if this is your first session). If you are signing up after April 16, you might not get your Ambassador email until after April 23. Please be patient—they have a lot of information to collect before emailing everyone. Their information can be found at https://awesomeorchestra.org/section-ambassadors

MUSICIANS

*This event is all ages*
You must sign up before April 16, and some sections will fill up in the first few hours.

We have space for: 16 flutes, 6 oboes, 16 clarinets, 6 bassoons, 10 horns,  10 trumpets, 10 trombones, 2 euphonium, 3 tubas, 10 percussion, 2 harps, 2 keyboards, 20 first violins, 20 second violins, 16 violas, 16 cellos, 8 double basses.

Waitlist Protocol

Our community of musicians is growing (which is AWESOME), but sometimes that means that some sections fill up quickly (especially flutes and clarinets). You can still sign-up via the form, but if you notice on the form that your instrument has a “this section is now FULL but you can still sign up to be on the waitlist” tag on it, don’t despair! We usually take players off the waitlist as some folks’ plans change. When that happens, you’ll be notified by your Section Ambassadors via email.

AUDIENCE

*This event is free all ages*

No RSVPs are needed for this event, but if you’d like to receive an email with some audience specific details closer to April 16th, then you can sign up below. Feel free to stay for as much or little of the event as you’d like!
