Dave Möschler
David Möschler is an award-winning musical director and conductor. Equally at home in a pit orchestra, a rock or jazz band, the recording studio, on the concert stage, or academia, he has music-directed over one hundred productions for companies such as American Conservatory Theater, Guthrie Theater, Berkeley Rep, and San Jose Rep, to name a few. Möschler received his Master of Arts in Music (conducting) from UC Davis in 2010. He founded Awesöme Orchestra in 2013 and conducts almost every session. Find out more at DavidMoschler.com

Brian Adam McCune
Brian Adam McCune is a Colombian-American composer based in Oakland. He is a founding member of the Awesöme Orchestra Collective, starting in the percussion section and making his way up to the podium often enough to be named the first Resident Guest Conductor in 2018. He arranges for the group as well, having contributed to over 20 pieces in AOC's 8-year history (see the Repertoire page for examples). He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's Degree in Music Composition from New School University in New York. AJ Gryder
AJ Gryder (she/they) grew up in Oakland, CA in a family of musicians. A BYO and YPSO alumnus, AJ plays the flute, sings opera, teaches music, and helps raise funds for nonprofit organizations. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from UC Davis and a Master’s degree in Music Performance from SF State. AJ is passionate about empowering and uplifting diverse voices.

Adriana Ramírez Mirabal
Adriana Ramírez Mirabal is a lawyer, arts administrator, and violinist. After finishing her Music Business studies at UCLA and working with New West Symphony, Adriana relocated to the Bay Area to become the Orchestral Studies Administrator at Stanford University and the Concert Manager at Pacific Boychoir. From 2003 to 2015, she performed as a violinist with the National Symphony Orchestra of her native Panama. Her musical and administrative background has provided her the opportunity to work with artists such as Philip Glass and Gustavo Dudamel and with organizations such as Music@Menlo, Teatro Real in Madrid, Spain and Royce Hall.

Baily Hopkins
Baily Hopkins is a Bay Area born-and-raised actor and violinist. She's performed with the La Jolla Symphony Orchestra, the Black Rock Philharmonic at Burning Man, San Francisco Civic Symphony, pit orchestras throughout the Bay, and is also a YPSO alumnus. Passionate about creating more performance opportunities for local artists, Baily was the Music and Arts Content Manager for SF Station where she fostered relationships with many independent venues and musicians. She stumbled into the Awesöme Orchestra family in 2015 and hasn't put her bow down since. To see more of her work check out bailyhopkins.com.
Head Stage Manager & Music Librarian Stephen Treder
Stephen Treder prepares music for each session, maintains the music library, transports orchestra equipment, and sets the stage at Awesöme Orchestra venues. You'll often find Stephen moving the timpani, and handing out music at our information table. With over 15 years experience as a trombonist in community music ensembles, he performs throughout the Bay Area, and was the librarian and a founding board member of the Saint Helena Community Band.
