Join us for Session 100 as part of Downtown First Thursdays with Into the Streets SF! We'll be playing some epic music for wind ensemble (with cellos and basses - but, sorry no violins or violas!) including the fast paced Vanishing Point by Randall Standridge, and the magnificent Poema Sinfónico Libertadores by Oscar Navarro. You won't want to miss this one!

You must sign up before August 27, and some sections will fill up in the first few minutes.

We have space for: 20 flutes, 8 oboes, 20 clarinets, 8 bassoons, 10 horns, 10 trumpets, 10 trombones, 4 euphoniums, 12 percussion, 2 harps, 4 keyboards, 0 violins, 0 violas, 16 cellos, 8 double basses.

Waitlist Protocol

Our community of musicians is growing (which is AWESOME), but sometimes that means that some sections fill up quickly (especially flutes and clarinets). You can still sign-up via the form, but if you notice on the form that your instrument has a “this section is now FULL but you can still sign up to be on the waitlist” tag on it, don’t despair! We usually take players off the waitlist as some folks’ plans change. When that happens, you’ll be notified by your Section Ambassadors via email.

AUDIENCE

You DO NOT need to RSVP for this event - it’s free and open to the public of all ages. But If you’d like to get an event reminder email with audience specific info a few days before the event, you can sign up here!
