TRANSPORTATION SUGGESTIONS: It's a one-block walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. Parking is not impossible in downtown Berkeley on a Sunday, but as always, we strongly suggest public transit, biking, or ride-sharing, as possible. Double bassists and players of other large instruments can unload in front and re-park elsewhere if needed.
COST: Our Open Sessions are always free

SHEET MUSIC for upcoming open sessions can always be found on Google Drive at: bit.ly/AOCOpenSession
Please bring a music stand. We'll have chairs, sheet music, and water for the musicians! Unfortunately due to licensing we can't have beer at this venue so it'll be a dry event.
The sign-up deadline for all sections is Sunday, September 24. Once that has passed, expect an email from your Awesöme Ambassadors with specific info and part assignments within the week (check your spam filters if this is your first session). Email your ambassadors if you haven't heard back by October 1. (Please be patient—they have a lot of information to collect before emailing everyone.) Their information can be found at www.awesomeorchestra.org/ambassadors.
