The results are in, and we're excited to announce next session's repertoire that was in the hands of the fans! We got over 100 votes and the winners are clear - Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4, movement 4, Mahler’s Symphony No. 5, movement 1, and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 7, movement 4! On top of that, we’re thrilled to be bringing our kind of awesomeness to a new venue - Point San Pablo Harbor - for an afternoon of music, art installations, food, beer, and even an ice cream truck!
Sign-ups for MUSICIANS start Tuesday, May 26 at 6pm
*please note the new time!
**Starting for Session 114, we will be moving to a new platform for musician sign-ups! We’re really excited about the change, and also expect there to be some questions that pop up. We’ll have more details when we launch next Tuesday, just know that it will look different!**

MUSICIANS
This event is open to all ages
Some sections fill up within the first few minutes!
We are anticipating that folks might have questions about this new sign up process. If you need help or have any questions or comments, please email staff
We have space for 12 flutes, 8 oboes, 12 clarinets, 8 bassoons, 12 horns, 10 trumpets, 6 trombones, 3 bass trombone, 3 tubas, 9 percussion, 28 violins, 14 violas, 14 celli, 8 double basses.
Waitlist Protocol
Our community of musicians is growing (which is AWESOME), but sometimes that means that some sections fill up quickly (especially flutes and clarinets). You can still sign-up, but if you notice on the form that your instrument has a “waitlist” tag on it, don’t despair! We usually take players off the waitlist as some folks’ plans change. When that happens, you’ll be notified by your Section Ambassadors.
Please do not cancel day of! Our amazing Awesöme Ambassadors are juggling a lot on our session days and trying to fill your spot last minute is a challenge!
