We’re headed back to Berkeley for Session 79 on Saturday, April 2 at Sports Basement!

WHERE: Sports Basement Community Room, 2727 Milvia St., Berkeley, CA
COST: Free for musicians and audience (but musicians must sign-up to participate)
TRANSPORTATION SUGGESTIONS: It's a 0.5 mile walk north of Ashby BART. Limited paid street parking is available, but as always, we strongly suggest public transit, biking, or ride-sharing. Please join our Discord if you want to coordinate a carpool!

MUSICIANS: The sign-up deadline for all sections is Saturday, March 26 - But we expect to hit some section caps before that date - so be sure to sign up early! We will update the sign-up form once we hit section capacities and keep a small waitlist. You can expect an email from your Awesöme Ambassadors with specific info by Tuesday, March 1 (check your spam filters if this is your first session). Email your ambassadors if you haven't heard back by Tuesday 3/1 EOD. Their information can be found here.
FOR AUDIENCE MEMBERS
AUDIENCE: The audience capacity for this session is 50, but we are asking each person to fill out their own RSVP form (for contact tracing purposes). Come early to secure a seat!. Email us (baily@awesomeorchestra.org) if you need to cancel or if you have any questions!
COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While Sports Basement doesn’t have a vaccination requirement to enter the store *** Please note that proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 AND booster shot is required to enter the event space and participate in the session as a musician or attend as an audience member ***
You’ll be asked to upload a copy of your vaccination card (photo of your paper copy or screenshot of your digital card) when you sign up as a musician. Audience members can show their proof of vaccination status at the entrance to the events space. California residents may get a digital copy of their vaccine record at: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
This is an INDOOR session. All attendees and participants will be REQUIRED to wear face masks, expect for winds and brass when actively playing their instruments.
